Having always worked for someone else, I decided it was time to pursue my own dreams.
I had all the necessary qualifications and skills, but it all started as a mere idea in my mind.
Then, inspiration struck me, and I knew I had to take action.
As I began setting up my business, one of the most crucial decisions I had to make was choosing the right car that would become the symbol of my new endeavor.
After careful research and consideration, I finally found the perfect car that ticked all the boxes. It boasts excellent safety features, including advanced driver-assistance systems and multiple airbags, ensuring the utmost protection for my students. Additionally, its compact size and manoeuvrability make it ideal for navigating through busy city streets and tight parking spaces.
When it comes to logo inspiration for driving tuition, my wife played a significant role. Her creative mind and passion for design led her to come up with a logo that perfectly represents our driving school.
Inspired by the iconic characters Del Boy and Boycie from the popular British sitcom "Only Fools and Horses," our logo exudes a sense of humour and charm.
We wanted our logo to reflect the bright and cheerful atmosphere we strive to create during driving tuition sessions. With vibrant colors and a playful font, our logo captures the positive energy and excitement that comes with learning to drive.
Taking it to Rushden Graphics, I entrusted Robbie with the task of bringing my vision to life.
With his exceptional talent and hard work, Robbie worked his magic, and I am forever grateful for his contribution.
Thanks to his dedication and expertise, my dream of starting my own driving tuition business became a reality.

Today was a really good day for Cushy Learners.
Let me give you an insight of what we are and where we have come from.
We are small family run business, and by that I mean a husband and wife at home wanting to create something special. All of our working lives we have either been employed by someone else or worked under a franchise.
Chris has always really been in the training industry and was a recovery mechanic in the armed forces (REME).
And I, the loving wife trained in graphic design and printing before moving on to being a driving instructor then a training advisor and business manager for, what was at the time the biggest driver training school in the UK.
But time moves on and circumstances change. And here we find ourselves with the opportunity to do what we love, but finally for our own business. making it million times more scary but even more rewarding.
Having started from scratch with no idea about website design, the importance of social media for small business or advertising online we headed off into the great unknown.
We created the website, we got our place on Yell.com. We then had to very quickly learn how to set up a business on Facebook, tried to get seen on Google. Everything we could possibly think of to get our Name, our Brand and our Business out there!
We kept hearing the same thing "Yeah, it's really good, But! You don't have any reviews! You need reviews!"
How do we get reviews if we haven't had many customers? We found ourselves in a catch 22 situation.
Fast forward to today.
Today, it actually happened!
Our driving school received an incredible 5-star review that left us with an amazing feeling.
The feedback we received was truly heartwarming and reaffirmed our commitment to providing the best driving education possible.
